| To facilitate a dialogue between the three helixes i.e. Private Sector, Academia and the Government, in the Innovation Eco System of Pakistan, CSF hired the services of Dr. Lars Eklund, a former director at the Swedish Innovation Agency (VINNOVA). Dr. Eklund suggested the need for a series of workshops that would bring leaders from all the three helixes together and through dialogue highlight the problems that are plaguing the Innovation Eco System of Pakistan. |

| Lahore Innovation Workshop – 24th of May 2010 |
| The Second Innovation Workshop was held on the 24th of May at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. This workshop was a continuation of the efforts under the Pakistan Innovation Initiative. |
